Our Story
Welcome to our family restaurant, where we’ve embarked on an exciting new journey centered around fresh ingredients and innovative recipes. 5 Thirty-One Pizza & Phillies was established in 2024, but has a history that started over 20 years ago. What began as a traditional family eatery has now evolved into a destination for delicious Pizza and mouthwatering Phillies, all crafted with a unique twist and a commitment to quality.
Our transition to this new concept was inspired by a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and a desire to offer something fresh and exciting to our community. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. The Pizza dough is made-from-scratch and the sauce is made using real tomatoes seasoned perfectly to pair with our blend of cheeses. The Pizza menu consists of traditional and unique flavor combinations.
At the heart of our menu are our proprietary recipes, carefully developed and perfected to deliver bold flavors and irresistible combinations. Our Philly Cheesesteak brings the real Philly taste to the Midwest, while adding a twist to make it different than any other being served in the Omaha Metro. 5 THIRTY-ONE uses an authentic Amoroso’s hoagie straight from Philadelphia, 100% Angus Steak seasoned with our proprietary blend and thinly sliced in-house daily. We offer the original Cheez Whiz spread and new flavors such as our Jalapeño White Cheese sauce and Nebraska Cream Cheese.
But our commitment goes beyond just great food. We’re proud to create a welcoming atmosphere where families and friends can gather to enjoy delicious meals. 531 is our area code and where we were established in Gretna, Nebraska. We’re proud to be locally owned and operated and part of such a wonderful community. From our warm hospitality to our cozy dining space and Party Room, every aspect of our restaurant is designed to make you feel right at home.
