Our Party Room is the perfect place to host your event. Whether it’s a birthday, shower, sports team, work meeting or anything in between, 5 THIRTY-ONE has everything you need.
Our wood beams with beautiful lighting and exposed brick wall create the ideal setting for any event. A 60” TV is great for having a game on in the background or connecting your laptop and using our WiFi to enable your presentation for a work event. The large modern barn-style doors allow for privacy during your time with us. The Party Room can comfortably accommodate 30-40 people. The serving area is perfect to display 5 THIRTY-ONE’s food and for easy guest access.
A $50 deposit confirms your reservation and is required in order to hold the room for you. It is fully refundable at the end of your event after a room inspection has been completed by a member of our staff. If only a routine cleaning is needed the deposit will be refunded or applied to the final bill. A “Party Room Form” is to be signed no later than the day of your event prior to the scheduled room time.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled event or the deposit will be forfeited.
There is a $150 minimum food and beverage requirement limited to those served at 5 THIRTY-ONE. If the $150 minimum is not met, a room rental fee will be added to the final bill in order to achieve that amount.
All decorations are limited to tabletop only and cannot be taped, stapled or hung in any manner from the walls or ceiling (this includes, but is not limited to free-floating balloons). We do not allow confetti or confetti-type decorations.
